Alvin Harker has been a team member at BZI and Innovatech since 2014. In that time, Alvin has been instrumental in the development of several key equipment initiatives at Innovatech, helping to lead collaborative efforts across research and development, engineering, and field teams. He has overseen production of the MezzMaster, Panel Table, WallMaster, SkyLife, SkyBrace®, and Beam Champ. Alvin looks forward to continued team efforts in designing, building and testing some of the most revolutionary products the construction industry has ever seen.

Engineering Manager

Worth Bistline started with Innovatech in January 2021 as an electrical engineer/programmer. He was responsible for creating the program for the RTV-400 and played a vital role in developing the Wallmaster clamp system, as well as other projects like the personal fall arrest system. As an Assistant Manager of the automation department he oversaw the engineering of the operator controls for the Trackzilla, the Megajacks hydraulic system of the IMP system, and the Gantry electrical and safety systems of the IMP system. Now as the Engineering Manager, Worth provides leadership in the engineering and final assembly of all of Innovatech’s ongoing projects.

Sales & Leasing Manager

Spencer Douglas leads all strategic marketing and sales efforts for Innovatech. He brings more than 15 years of sales and business management, including manufacturing, distribution, and accounting disciplines. Before Innovatech, Spencer held leadership positions at Renaissance Ag, Staheli West, Inc., Hinton Burdick CPAs & Advisors, and Phil Lyman CPA. He is an active member of Rotary International and has served on several local non-profit advisory boards. Spencer holds a Master’s Degree in Accountancy and a B.S. in Accounting from Southern Utah University.
