Known for his humility, solution-oriented mindset, and commitment to team success, Jakob continues to foster a culture of trust, learning, and operational excellence across the organization.

With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Worth Bistline combines practical field experience with an Electrical Engineering degree focused on power systems to guide InnovaTech’s work. He works closely with the team to transform on-the-ground challenges into effective, real-world solutions, advancing technology that supports safer and smarter construction across the country.

Vice President of Sales

With over a decade of sales leadership, Graysen Fox excels at building high-performing teams and crafting growth-driven strategies. He is recognized for forging strong client partnerships and translating business objectives into measurable results. At InnovaTech, Graysen leads efforts to expand market presence and deliver cutting-edge construction innovations nationwide, while designing effective sales toolkits and metrics that drive both team and customer success.

Ben Johnson

Vice President of Production

Ben joined BZI in 2020 as a welder. His rapid advancement reflects his strong work ethic, collaborative leadership, and dedication to growing alongside his team. Known for his positive attitude and problem-solving approach, Ben has played a part in shaping the culture and processes that drive Innovatech’s production excellence. He’s contributed to the team that launched several of InnovaTech’s recent innovations and continues to oversee production scheduling, resource management, and quality assurance with a focus on efficiency.

Sam Jeffs

With over 30 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, and supply chain leadership, Sam Jeffs oversees all purchasing, logistics, and vendor partnerships at InnovaTech. Known for his proactive approach and customer-first mindset, Sam leads with integrity and precision, ensuring efficient delivery, strong supplier relationships, and reliable outcomes for every project.
